What's the difference between the Web Page and Contact QR codes?
The Web Page QR code opens your digital business card in the browser of whoever scans it, with all your links ready to tap. The Contact QR code downloads your details as a contact file, so they can save you to their phone right away. Both come free with every card, and neither needs an app.
Can people leave their details on my card?
Yes. Every card has a button to get in touch that opens your lead form. Visitors fill in the fields you choose, such as name, email, phone and company, and the lead lands in your contacts. The lead form is free, and one form works across all your cards. You can change its fields and headline in the ClickCard app.
Does ClickCard notify me when someone views my card?
No. ClickCard notifies you about new leads: when someone leaves their details through your lead form, you get a push notification in the app and an email. Views, taps, scans and saves are counted in your analytics, which come with Pro, without identifying who the visitors are.
What does the AI business card scanner read?
It reads the name, company, job title, department, phone numbers, emails, websites and addresses from a photo of a paper business card, in more than 70 languages, with 99% accuracy. Can I choose my own card link?
Yes, with Pro. Every card gets an automatic link when you create it, and Pro lets you change it to one you choose, such as clickcard.me/yourname. Editing your card's details keeps the same link.
Can I export my leads?
Yes. With Pro you can download your leads as a CSV file from the analytics in the app, ready to open in a spreadsheet or import into your CRM. Company admins can also export analytics, team results and scanned contacts from the dashboard.
What does ClickCard do on Apple Watch?
The Apple Watch app shows your card's QR code and your name, so people can scan it from your wrist. It syncs from the card you choose for your home-screen widget on your iPhone, and it comes with Pro.
