Do I have to talk to sales to use ClickCard?
No. Anyone can create a digital business card free on the web, iPhone or Android, and upgrade to Pro on their own whenever they like. Only Enterprise, for companies that manage their team's cards, goes through our team.
What does a team demo cover?
We show you the admin dashboard, how company templates keep every card on brand, how people join with their work email, and how leads and analytics work. Bring your questions about single sign-on, NFC cards and rollout.
Can you send me a quote for my company?
Yes. Enterprise has custom pricing for teams of any size, with no cap on how many people join. Choose "Cards for my team" in the form, tell us how many people need cards, and we'll prepare a quote.
I already use ClickCard. Where do I get help?
In the ClickCard app on iPhone or Android, open Profile > Support and send us a message. You can also use this form and choose "Help with my account", or email contact@clickcardapp.com. Enterprise companies also get support by phone and WhatsApp, and their admins can chat with us from the admin dashboard.
